It's my fault, really. I used to go on the Official Nintendo Magazine forums. I ruined the Phoenix Wright thread almost single handedly. It was running all nicely and on topic - and up pops Maya-Fey, who plans weddings between the video game characters and kills off other main characters whilst writing fanfiction about Phoenix Wright sucking off The Doctor because he thinks his penis is a carrot.
