I have to say that the soap opera-ness doesn't annoy me too much but it is because my mate I watch with is such a fangirl. He actually properly shouts at the tv and stuff and it entertains me hugely!

I miss the days when the Walter-Peter relationship was beautiful and complicated. Now they just have Peter forgive Walter in like 3 episodes and then be back to being all buddy-buddy with him -.- An entire season built up to that betrayal, Peter made a massive decision to come back and live with the man who kidnapped and tortured him, and the writers couldn't even work in a few scenes for them? Oh I know!! I totally get and like character development and character heavy stories but the writers are makilng "?The Olivia and Fringe Show" cause they are ignoring so much.
